      • Before this thread dies from a lack of free energy device's blueprint,

A review of the well known biographies by Cheney, Hunt and Draper, and O'Neil reveal no mention of Tesla's knowledge of Sanskrit. O'Neal however includes the following excerpt from an unpublished article called Man's Greatest Achievement:

"There manifests itself in the fully developed being , Man, a desire mysterious, inscrutable and irresistible: to imitate nature, to create, to work himself the wonders he
perceives.... Long ago he recognized that all perceptible matter comes from a primary substance, or tenuity beyond conception, filling all space, the Akasha or luminiferous ether, which is acted upon by the life giving Prana or creative force, calling into existence, in never ending cycles all things and phenomena. The primary substance, thrown into infinitesimal whirls of prodigious velocity, becomes gross matter; the force
subsiding, the motion ceases and matter disappears, reverting to the primary substance."

According to Leland Anderson the article was written May 13th, 1907.
        Was Tesla losing his minds?

          • {The Urantia Book -- Part II. The Local Universe
            PAPER 41: Section 6.
Calcium -- The Wanderer Of Space

P461:5, 41:6.1 In deciphering spectral phenomena, it should be remembered that space is not empty; that light, in traversing space, is sometimes slightly modified by the various forms of energy and matter which circulate in all organized space. Some of the lines indicating unknown matter which appear in the spectra of your sun are due to modifications of well-known elements which are floating throughout space in shattered form, the atomic casualties of the fierce encounters of the solar elemental battles. Space is pervaded by these wandering derelicts, especially sodium and calcium.

P461:6, 41:6.2 Calcium is, in fact, the chief element of the matter-permeation of space throughout Orvonton. Our whole superuniverse is sprinkled with minutely pulverized stone. Stone is literally the basic building matter for the planets and spheres of space. The cosmic cloud, the great space blanket, consists for the most part of the modified atoms of calcium. The stone atom is one of the most prevalent and persistent of the elements. It not only endures solar ionization -- splitting -- but persists in an associative identity even after it has been battered by the destructive X rays and shattered by the high solar temperatures. Calcium possesses an individuality and a longevity excelling all of the more common forms of matter.

P462:1, 41:6.3 As your physicists have suspected, these mutilated remnants of solar calcium literally ride the light beams for varied distances, and thus their widespread dissemination throughout space is tremendously facilitated. The sodium atom, under certain modifications, is also capable of light and energy locomotion. The calcium feat is all the more remarkable since this element has almost twice the mass of sodium. Local space-permeation by calcium is due to the fact that it escapes from the solar photosphere, in modified form, by literally riding the outgoing sunbeams. Of all the solar elements, calcium, notwithstanding its comparative bulk -- containing as it does twenty revolving electrons -- is the most successful in escaping from the solar interior to the realms of space. This explains why there is a calcium layer, a gaseous stone surface, on the sun six thousand miles thick; and this despite the fact that nineteen lighter elements, and numerous heavier ones, are underneath.

P462:2, 41:6.4 Calcium is an active and versatile element at solar temperatures. The stone atom has two agile and loosely attached electrons in the two outer electronic circuits, which are very close together. Early in the atomic struggle it loses its outer electron; whereupon it engages in a masterful act of juggling the nineteenth electron back and forth between the nineteenth and twentieth circuits of electronic revolution. By tossing this nineteenth electron back and forth between its own orbit and that of its lost companion more than twenty-five thousand times a second, a mutilated stone atom is able partially to defy gravity and thus successfully to ride the emerging streams of light and energy, the sunbeams, to liberty and adventure. This calcium atom moves outward by alternate jerks of forward propulsion, grasping and letting go the sunbeam about twenty-five thousand times each second. And this is why stone is the chief component of the worlds of space. Calcium is the most expert solar-prison escaper.

P462:3, 41:6.5 The agility of this acrobatic calcium electron is indicated by the fact that, when tossed by the temperature-X-ray solar forces to the circle of the higher orbit, it only remains in that orbit for about one one- millionth of a second; but before the electric-gravity power of the atomic nucleus pulls it back into its old orbit, it is able to complete one million revolutions about the atomic center.

P462:4, 41:6.6 Your sun has parted with an enormous quantity of its calcium, having lost tremendous amounts during the times of its convulsive eruptions in connection with the formation of the solar system. Much of the solar calcium is now in the outer crust of the sun.

P462:5, 41:6.7 It should be remembered that spectral analyses show only sun-surface compositions. For example: Solar spectra exhibit many iron lines, but iron is not the chief element in the sun. This phenomenon is almost wholly due to the present temperature of the sun's surface, a little less than 6,000 degrees, this temperature being very favorable to the registry of the iron spectrum.

Are you sure you're not taking "plant" out of context?

"Plant" could refer to living organisms belonging to the kingdom Plantae, such as trees, algae, etc. In addition to this, "plant" could refer to a facility's infrastructure, such as a "production plant", a "manufacturing plant", a "processing plant", a "power plant", etc.

Below are a few quotes from the Physics of the Primary State of Matter.

The general principles of the design of this plant and apparatus are known to the author, but it would not be legitimate for him to reveal them here, and it is furthermore unnecessary at this juncture.

The charging plant required is merely that necessary to give the required number of amperes, the plant being composed of the requisite generators and units, according to whether the grid current is available or an entirely different supply is required, or both as a "standby". Such plants will, of course, supply direct current.

Let it therefore be clearly understood that any suggestion of small laboratory models or the like is out of the question or they would obviously have been used and the application of the Primary Force to mechanical power would long since have been tested out. The transpiration could not be produced by models and the essential sublimate could not therefore be produced except by a plant of certain minimum dimensions capable of producing transpiration, and this also applies to the Stator and Rotor which is obvious here when the design of the Stator is carefully examined.
Now, the interesting thing about all of this, is plants from the Plantae Kingdom undergoes a process called "transpiration", which is similar to evaporation. This supports the idea of drawing energy from the ground by creating a stressfield from above the ground, so I can see how you read the word "plant" out of context. Plants do not have a problem in undergoing transpiration, and it is stated in the above quote from the PP document that transpiration could not be produced by small laboratory models, but could only be produced by a plant of certain minimum dimensions capable of producing transpiration, thus the proper context for this is a "manufacturing plant".

There are three things I want to draw your attention to in which is part of the sublimate/electret process:

              1) Transpiration is a process similar to evaporation and it occurs in plants.
              2) Condensation is the change in the phase of matter from the gaseous phase (of an element/ chemical species) into liquid droplets or solid grains of the same element/ chemical species.
              3) Sublimation is the transition of a substance from the solid phase to the gas phase without passing through an intermediate liquid phase.

IMO, the above three things are very similar to the process of creating aerogels. Aerogel is a manufactured material with the lowest bulk density of any known porous solid. It is derived from a gel in which the liquid component of the gel has been replaced with a gas. Aerogels are produced by extracting the liquid component of a gel through supercritical drying. This allows the liquid to be slowly drawn off without causing the solid matrix in the gel to collapse from capillary action, as would happen with conventional evaporation.

In Schappeller's lifetime, the creation of aerogels could only be done in the most sophisticated laboratories, thus the reason for this statement being found in the PP document, "small laboratory models or the like is out of the question". Prof. Dr. Halimaton Hamdan, of the Dept of Chemistry at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia has patented a method of creating aerogel from rice husks at a fraction of the normal cost, and is known as Maerogelonly heavy water, because heavy water stops eukaryotic cell division. Heavy water is the only known chemical substance that affects the period of circadian oscillations, consistently increasing the length of each cycle.

Even if he was aware of being able to use the rice husk for his sublimate, a manufacturing plant during his time would still be required to turn the rice husk into an electret aerogel. I may not have this correct, but it should give us a starting point for his secret sublimate/electret. Aerogels were discovered in 1931, so Schappeller was more than likely aware of this discovery. 79 years later and we still aren't capable of getting the aerogels to the market with any kind of efficiency or at a reasonable cost, LOL.

              • Below is a quote from Professor Halimaton Hamdan in regards to (m)aerogels from rice husk in her publication on Nanomaterials as catalysts in the production of fine chemicals found on Page 3.

Maerogel; a silica aerogel which is directly prepared from rice husk (Figure 4) is a nanomaterial of a highly divided state and exhibits unconventional properties which offers more cost effective methods of production and application. Maerogel is more superior in quality than the current commercial TEOS aerogel.
A dielectric is an electrical insulator that may be polarized by an applied electric field. When a dielectric is placed in an electric field, electric charges do not flow through the material, as in a conductor, but only slightly shift from their average equilibrium positions causing dielectric polarization. Because of dielectric polarization, positive charges are displaced toward the field and negative charges shift in the opposite direction. This creates an internal electric field that partly compensates the external field inside the dielectric.

An Electret is a dielectric material that has a quasi-permanent electric charge or dipole polarisation. An electret generates internal and external electric fields, and is the electrostatic equivalent of a permanent magnet.

In summary, the maerogel is more superior in quality than the current commercial TEOS aerogel and has a potential to replace the reigning dielectric of silicon dioxide, in order to form one of the best electrets possible. Schappeller needed a very strong permenant electric field for his device, and I am currently leaning towards the mearogel being his secret sublimate used for his electret. Maerogels may be able to reduce the cost by 80% as compared to other manufactured aerogels.

                • Here's a quote from page 126 of the PP document in reference to the initial stages in the formation of the earth's crust.

Silica, being converted carbon, oxidised, the oxygen being present in abundance as the complementary stressfield.
There is a lot of evidence at this time pointing to Silica aerogel as being Schappeller's secret sublimate for his electret. Here's a video showing a derivative of the silica maerogel in rock form which used evaporation without the use of super critical drying.

i lack the tech knowledge to create an electret.
i'd make myself into one long before i managed to
apply enough voltage to make one out of that gel.

i am very interested in the gel as in how it could
be used in everyday use as an insulator of heat.
A mighty great stove could be created that doesn't

I found something interesting in the PP document on Page 222. Below is the quote and I want to draw your attention to the portion in bold.

Of what substance should these coils of tubular wires or tubes be made?

In this form of electromagnetism it may be said that a conductor is an insulator and that a dielectric holds a charge, and in one sense for static electricity it is thus, as it were, a static conductor.
The tubular wires will be made of a conductor, such as copper, and these copper tubular wires will be filled with Schappeller's secret sublimate in the solid form to produce a dielectric or electret which holds a charge.

Why is the conductor being considered as an insulator in this form of electromagnetism? Because the conductor or copper does not shield an unchanging field. Since the glowing magnetism in the center of the core is dynamic, moving, changing and is not static.......then the conductor will insulate or shield this dynamic glowing magnetism from reaching the dielectric or electret inside the copper tubular wires. Also, since the dielectric holds a static charge and is unchanging, then the copper conductor does not shield the static electric field of the electret from reaching the center of the core in order to bring it to the glowing state.

I would like to thank Broli for bringing this to my attention on overunity.com on his thread titled, The homotenna (homopolar motor + antenna), under "Concept".

                              Wikipedia: Sonoluminescence

Schappeller's device is based on creating a sun inside a sphere according to how nature forms a sun. The Star in a Jar is like a mini-sun in a bubble which uses sound waves of sufficient intensity.

What sets Schappeller's device apart from Sonoluminescence, is there are no input energy requirements in Schappeller's device because it's using the permenant static electric field of the electret to bring the core to the glowing state, instead of using an input energy to generate the sound waves in Sonoluminescence. Even if Schappeller's device is brought to the glowing state without fusion as seen by Sonoluminescence, it will still produce more output energy than input energy, because the input energy requirements is 0. Another difference between the two is, Schappeller's device is based on using the primary state of matter, while Sonoluminescence is based on using the secondary states of matter.

IMO, Schappeller's device is the real deal.

                              • The only thing missing with the Star in a Jar in order to reach cold fusion is slowing the speed of light in the electronic structure to match the speed of sound/mechanical waves in the nucleur structure. The speed of sound in the nucleur structure is 1,094,000 m/s, which is the quantum transitional speed. I would also use deuterium.

Frank Znidarsic explains anti-gravity and cold fusion in detail. You'll find some good information on the electric field also.
