"...the two electrodes undergo states of polarization.....the inner surface of the outer ring electrode (the electrode that is in contact with the fluid) becomes negatively charged"
Both inventors claim the same effect in their Water Fuel Injectors, But what exactly is electron clustering? And how does a negative charge just form?
The answer is known in physics as ELECTROSTATIC INDUCTION!
Electrostatic induction is when one charged object charges another nearby object.
If I have an object which has a positive charge (lack of electrons) and I put it toward another object the positive charge will attract electrons toward it, creating a negative charge (defined as an area with an excess of electrons) (Stan calls it electron clustering) on the surface closest to the positive charged object.

Now we know that the Water Fuel Injectors have both a positive and negative voltage, and that they split the water molecule in the same way the original WFC did. Using high voltage of opposite polarity while restricting current.
Why the Injectors are TaperedThe Quenching Circuitquenching circuit to prevent gas ignition inside traveling voltage wave guide"

The design above was done after hours of research on Stan Meyers Tech Brief, Patents, Pictures, and from people who have seen them first hand.
The tapered section is a uniform (smooth) taper, the drawing shows it stepped, but that's as best as I could get with the drawing program I have.
The injector tapered section can be expected to have a capacitance range of 1000-5000pF (with the dielectric constant being 20-60) with a length of 4", a large dia of 1/2", and a small dia of 1/16" with a .01 spacing between the plates.
NOTE: The dimensions I mentiond above has not been confirmed yet. I need to figure out what the flow rate will be using the deimensions above, just as with conventional injectors the flow rate and pressure determine HP!
