Thanks. So it is high frequency. Tesla mention a filament dancing motion, glass rupturing, skin burning, ozone making and air refreshing feature. For electricity goes trough his body, Tesla mention 1MHz.

He stated about an effect driven by his generator to be "... due to a potential of about 200,000 volts, alternating in rather irregular intervals, sometimes like a million times a second." Other places Telsa hinted that he was approximating his his frequencies, and he suspected there was some variation in the frequency.

From what I can tell, Tesla was producing his high frequency, high voltage by taking an already relatively high voltage and using it to charge a capacitor, from which he'd discharge over a special spark gap which gave him the really high frequencies. The spark gap was special because he used a strong electromagnet to quench the spark gap, thus as soon as the arc was formed it would be blown out. He was also blowing hot air over his spark gaps though I think the most contributing factor to his high frequencies was the magnetic field. These make and break dc discharges were then passed through a primary of a large induction coil / transformer, which is what his plates are connected to in the experiment referred to.

So yes it seems that with higher frequencies the dielectric medium is not broken down, as is the case with lower frequencies. Perhaps this closely relates to the skin effect? Anyway though it may be true that high frequencies don't breakdown the dielectric medium as easily, it seems to me that Tesla is saying it's because the energy is dissipated where by lower frequencies the dissipation is much less, and not because of a delay in conductivity of the insulating medium, but who knows maybe it's both or maybe Tesla had it wrong.

I'm building a transformer just like the one Tesla described, using the magnetically quenched spark gap, and I'm very interested to try to reproduce some of these experiments, to see for myself what kind of effects are produced.

Also even today I don't think it's well known what effect Ozone has on health, but most sources state that extended exposure could be harmful. I know Tesla agreed that abundant amounts would also be harmful, but I'm weary of accepting that the small amounts are actually beneficial to health, despite the smell being like that of after a thunderstorm.

I thought magnet and hot air is for easier spark?

about ozone, if that is the smell of ozone is, I think my radiant oscillator with car coil emit it to, especially when it close to water like in my HV move water video. My Sharp air conditioner did too if operated in ionizer mode, maybe same smeel as Panasonic one.

If I put my radiant oscillator HV secondary cable close to water or large opposing surface the tip glow blue and emiting strange odor.
