  • Ideias and Setups - balloon to near space to study atmospheric energy extration

    HI all,

I will send a High Altitude Balloon (HAB), near Space, 30 km altitude (stratosphere) or more and I'm offer for FREE a opportunity of anyone send some experiment, instrumentation, sensors, with the balloon.

how about a small tesla coil up in the stratosphere and study its behavior ( solid state tesla coils would probably work too ) .....

    just a thought ....

weird coincidence : yesterday was checking out your university and town online

ps: to the forum and thank you for sharing the opportunity of experimenting with others

Yes good idea, if the weight is not a problem would be very nice see the corona effect and plasma discharge during the travel through different layers of atmosphere.

If you like Coimbra come here is very beautiful city
