We should wash our face twice a day with warm water and a mild soap made for people with acne.

Hi everyone! I'm always championing the use of all natural products, preferably homemade whenever possible!
For wrinkles there are many natural plant oils out there that seem to work pretty well, some examples could be vitamin E oil, wheat germ, extra virgin olive and sweet almond oils. Rose hip oil is also well known for its anti-aging properties. I use all these oils regularly and I have no wrinkles.
However I'm also not a scientist, I haven't tested these ideas out on other people.
Exfoliating regularly also helps, you don't need an expensive scrub filled with chemicals. Sugar makes a great exfoliator, it's just gentle enough but harsh enough to scrub your facial skin gently.
Your daily cleanser also doesn't need to have any nasty chemicals in it. I personally like to use handmade soaps made with olive, coconut and other similar types of oils. However Ayurveda proposes natural cleansers made with turmeric and chickpea flour, just mix them with a bit of water to form a paste. You can add different ingredients like milk or milk powder (after all there's a reason why ancient beauties used to bathe in milk and honey!
), rice powder (astringent for those suffering from oily skin), ground almonds (for the vitamin E and emollient factor) or honey, which is antibacterial as well as nourishing. Raw, natural honey I mean.
