The Russian sovereign bond market collapsed in 1989, This brought the dissolution of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
The U.S.S.R. was a command economy, not a market economy so, collapse was baked in the cake.
China is a command economy. Much of the West is infected with socialism.
China and the West saw a looming default of sovereign debt,,, much the same as Russia.
About 1990, China and the West started work on a virus to reduce their fiscal responsibilities from their huge demographic imbalance.
Due to falling birth rates and rising longevity, the State could see collapse coming from having just one worker for each retired person.

Governor Cuomo's placement of covid-infected people into State run nursing homes was a representative microcosm of what all the bankrupt countries hoped to accomplish.
They wanted to kill off the elderly without being too obvious.
Assisted living costs: $4,015 a month
Board and care home costs: $1,500-$10,000 a month
Nursing home costs: $7,513 a month for a shared room, or $8,517 a month for a private room

Hoping to reduce it's fiscal burden, the State released a virus that killed the old and, the unhealthy. Almost all the dead had comorbidities.
"study that reports 68% of Chinese men smoke"
The virus was designed to kill off people who cost the government or, would cost the government in the future.
The original disease was not much worse than influenza.
The various States set off a huge panic to get people to infect themselves with a more serious disease, via injections.
Not enough people were jumping into this program so, the State(s) mandated draconian rules to force them to take the death shot.

The State(s) have many millions of bureaucrats all drawing a salary for shuffling papers to each other.
Any money spent on eldercare was money taken from State coffers that might be better spent on bureaucrats.

https://www.theautomaticearth.com/2021/08/how-little-clerks-become-mass-murderers/

The disease from the syringe is FAR different from the disease originally released to get population reduction started.

https://market-ticker.org/akcs-www?post=243262

Financial collapse is looming ever-closer.
Most States have elected to destroy their currency rather than cutting back expenditures.
ALL pension systems are bankrupt.
The State hoped to kill off the pensioners with disease rather than by bankruptcy of the pension system.
I don't believe that the deaths from induced disease will come fast enough to save the system.

Yes, You Can Catch the Delta Variant Outdoors

How a New York billionaire-funded anti-vax group is contributing to the vaccine hesitancy that's crippling the US recovery
Since being founded three years ago, the group has waged a media, legal, and online campaign to hammer home the theory that the damage caused by vaccines is being systematically suppressed.

This is a repost of an article showing that the new variants have almost no susceptibility to vaccines.
The SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant is poised to acquirecomplete resistance to wild-type spike vaccines

Less than a month into a COVID-19 vaccine booster drive, Israel is seeing signs of an impact on the country's high infection and severe illness rates fuelled by the fast-spreading Delta variant, officials and scientists say.
Delta hit Israel in June, just as the country began to reap the benefits of one of the world's fastest vaccine roll-outs.
Israel went from single-digit daily infections and zero deaths to around 7,500 daily cases last week, 600 people hospitalized in serious condition and more than 150 people dying in that week alone.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/1-israels-covid-19-vaccine-111854367.html

U.S. data show rising 'breakthrough' infections among fully vaccinated
(Reuters) - Some 25% of SARS-CoV-2 infections among Los Angeles County residents occurred in fully vaccinated residents from May through July 25, a period that includes the impact of the highly transmissible Delta variant, U.S. officials reported on Tuesday.
study among healthcare workers that showed a significant drop in vaccine effectiveness among vaccinated frontline workers in eight states who became infected with the coronavirus.
"We Don't Understand What's Really Happening" - The CDC Is Under-Counting 'Breakthrough' COVID Cases

JERUSALEM—The massive surge of COVID-19 infections in Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries on earth, is pointing to a complicated path ahead for America.
The country launched its national vaccination campaign in December last year and has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world, with 80 percent of citizens above the age of 12 fully inoculated.
Fast forward two months later: Israel reported 9,831 new diagnosed cases on Tuesday, a hairbreadth away from the worst daily figure ever recorded in the country—10,000—at the peak of the third wave. More than 350 people have died of the disease in the first three weeks of August. In a Sunday press conference, the directors of seven public hospitals announced that they could no longer admit any coronavirus patients. With 670 COVID-19 patients requiring critical care, their wards are overflowing and staff are at breaking point."
2 months later???
“I don’t want to frighten you,” coronavirus czar Dr. Salman Zarka told the Israeli parliament this week. “But this is the data. Unfortunately, the numbers don’t lie.”
About those numbers, they show a direct correlation between vaccination and infection. Even Fauci is starting to get worried that people will make a connection.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is urging hospitals and doctors to make greater use of antibody treatments for people infected with COVID-19 as hospitalizations and deaths rise due to the spread of the delta variant. (Aug. 24)
