I just got done watching a very interesting grassroots video on Dr. Max Gerson's research called The Beautiful Truth. Here is a a description of the movie I found on The Beautiful Truth
A website the creators of the movie made in conjunction is MSGTruth.org and I found it very enlightening, albeit depressing, on how to avoid msg and all the ways companies try to hide the fact that it is present in their foods.
