Hi  Drawing 21 is a non-electric type design that uses a rotating center hub that lowers the counter reaction to Zero
On one side of the rotor the magnetic force is On and on the other side the magnetic force is off
To turn the rotor takes about 1/50 of the total power it can produce  This means the output can be greater than the input force.
This rotary Device is called a EttCM rotor  
There is an Engineer in London that is building this type of device he has a 3D molder and is very good at making parts.
Also it is showing what he has done so far the technology works in a non-electric format.

The Drawing of the Prototype electric motor used the technology of the EttCM rotor in an electrical method that allows 
Permanent Magnetic Force - I use the term Force because Magnetic power is not Energy but can make energy from the Force
There are 2 - EttCM coils on the prototype motor Each coil produces 3.8 times more output than a normal electric coil does
The motor has a lot of friction on the bearing and the motor is limited to that back pressure force 
of 611 rpms at 90 watts input that produces a force of 270 watts output
note : if the coils force was 90 watts output the max rpms of this prototype motor would be 200 rpms maxim 
This has been tested to prove 611 rpms has 3 times more output force at the same 90 watt input.
 the friction of this test motor is used as part of the test method of how much output power is produced
Every thing is testable and can be proven as to the input watts and output watts ( no guesswork allowed )
( There is one more note: more coils on a motor produce more output power if 20 coils were used this motor would produce 2,700 watts
and the input would still be 90 watts producing 2,700 watts usable output power ( or 2700 - 100 = 2600 watts usable 100 taken to run itself
It is not the electrical power that is making this technology work it is the permanent magnetic power that is converted into usable power
The electric power is working as a Valve type system controlling how much force is developed as output force to make movement and power.
 
You were working on a transformer device I have not tried this yet but I believe that the EttCM coil at 3.8 times the push force 
could produce a transformer type device that could run on it own output power and produce 3 times what it takes to run the input coils
But like I said this needs to be tested to see if it can be done.
